6 Week Meditation Course starting on 23′ January, 2023

If you are new to meditation and would like to learn how to meditate effectively this is your opportunity. If you have already learned some meditation but would like to get some support and motivation to meditate more regularly this course is also for you. If you are meditating regularly but would like to try something different or take your meditation to a deeper level you will enjoy this course also. And finally, if you are fine with your meditation but would enjoy some online company with other meditators then, welcome!

In this course you will:

Learn a variety of valuable meditation techniques including breath meditation, visualisation, mantra and mindfulness.

Enjoy using spiritual music and chanting to create a beautiful atmosphere.

Learn more about meditation – how it works, what are its benefits and what is its ultimate goal.

Learn practical solutions to common problems new meditators face.

Learn about balancing the physical, mental and spiritual.

Learn about supplementary practices that can help improve meditation including diet, fasting, life principles, yoga postures and breathing.

Enjoy spiritual stories that give guidance and inspiration on the path.

Each 1.5 to 2 hour class will include: Explanation of new technique, guided meditation practice, feedback and questions, additional topic (supporting elements of philosophy and lifestyle, e.g. yoga diet, etc.)

Taught by Dada Krsnasevananda who brings a lifetime of experience as a monk and meditation teacher in both East and West.

Tip: To get the most out of the course wear loose fitting comfortable clothes, keep a light stomach before the class and, ideally, arrange a spot where you can sit cross-legged comfortably and still see your computer or phone.
