How to Meditate (1½ – 2 hours)
Meditation is the most effective method known for increasing well-being, peace of mind, wisdom and awareness. Meditation has other benefits including improved concentration, improved immune response, heightened creativity, improved interpersonal skills and greater self-confidence. In this workshop you will learn simple but powerful techniques which can fit into everyday life. Practices include mantra meditation, visualization, use of breath, mindfulness and a bit of practical wisdom. Taught by Dada Krsnasevananda, a senior monk with 30 plus years of teaching experience, from the Ananda Marga Yoga School in Denmark.
