Join us every Thursday at Ananda Gaorii for our Open Day! This is a wonderful opportunity not only to relax, recharge, and connect with others but also to experience the unique Ananda Gaorii lifestyle and community. Our program includes guided meditation, chanting, yoga, and a delicious vegetarian dinner, all designed to help you unwind and explore a deeper sense of well-being.

Whether you’re new to these practices or experienced, everyone is welcome! Come for the whole program or just the activities that interest you most. It’s a great way to meet our community, learn about our values, and get a taste of the peaceful, balanced lifestyle we cultivate at Ananda Gaorii. We look forward to welcoming you!


PROGRAM:

  • 4:00 pm – Intro to Meditation and Chanting
    Start with a gentle introduction to meditation and chanting to help you relax and focus.
  • 5:00 pm – Yoga
    Join a yoga session for all levels to stretch, breathe, and feel balanced.
  • 6:00 pm – Group Meditation and Chanting
    Experience meditation and chanting as a group to deepen your peace and connection.
  • 7:00 pm – Dinner
    End the day with a delicious vegetarian dinner shared with new friends.
