About the course
Meditation is the most effective method known for increasing well-being, peace of mind, wisdom and awareness. Meditation has other benefits including improved concentration, improved immune response, heightened creativity, improved interpersonal skills and greater self-confidence. In this courses you will learn simple but powerful techniques which can fit into everyday life. Practices include mantra meditation, visualization, use of breath, mindfulness and a bit of practical wisdom.
About the Trainers
Ole Brekke
The program will be hosted by Ole Brekke who has been practicing and teaching meditation for 50 years.
Ole has lived his life as a householder and was the director of Commedia theatre school in Copenhagen for the last 30 years so his long experience balancing spiritual life and worldly life will be helpful for all who struggle with this challenge.
Dada Unmantrananda
Dada is a senior monk of Ananda Marga with 40 plus years of teaching experience in various countries around the world.
He is passionate about psycho-social support in humanitarian interventions and is intrigued with how ancient time-tested practices can be incorporated into modern life.
