⭐️Here is an opportunity to spend time mindfully and creatively in the nourishing environment of Ananda Gaorii. The program includes yoga classes for children and parents as well as guided meditations and chanting, creative workshops on crafts, writing, dancing, singing, mandala drawing and much more!
⭐️The retreat will help children explore body, mind and spirit by introducing them to yoga, music and meditation activities. For parents who need a break we have a team of friendly child-minders on duty – allowing you to take time out with creative workshops, meditation, calming yoga sessions or just time for yourself.
You can enjoy the relaxing experience of being at Ananda Gaorii while your children are being cared for and are exploring new skills and using their imagination.

? Venue
Ananda Gaorii Ashram, Farm and Learning Center is located on 13 hectares of farmland near Vig, about an hour from Copenhagen. We have a small orchard, vegetable garden, organic bakery, meditation hall and accommodation for sixty people. We have a small number of private rooms but mostly the accommodation is in dormitories for men and women. We usually have 10 to 20 volunteers who are helping with the farm, renovation, cleaning and maintenance and who come to experience our yoga lifestyle.

Students and Unemployed – 980 Dkk,
the prices for kids remain the same: the fist child- 450 Dkk, the second and further – 250 Dkk each.

? What to Bring
You can rent a set of sheets and towel for 70 Dkk. Otherwise bring your own sleeping bag, sheet, pillow if you need one, comfortable loose-fitting clothes for yoga, indoor slippers, pen, notebook, warm clothes for outdoors, towel, toiletries.
Bring along your creative materials, musical instruments (we have some guitars, percussions and piano on the site)

Buy a ticket to “Vig”. Change at Holbæk to bus or train. We will pick you up in Vig. Kindly call us half an hour before you are due to arrive. If you come by car navigate to Holbækvej 56, 4560 Vig.
