Weekly Meditation Evening plus Philosophy Class
After several requests we will start a weekly meditation evening and philosophy class beginning on Wednesday, April 24 at 7.30 p.m. immediately after the weekly yoga class. The program will include kiirtan (chanting), meditation, practical yoga philosophy topics and guidance for new meditators. Examples of some of the topics covered include: Who am I? Where do I come from? What is this Universe? What is the goal of life? Understanding the Cakras, Understanding and Working with Karma, Yoga-Lifestyle, The Nature of Mind, Balancing Material and Worldly Life, Yogic Secrets of Success, Overcoming Complexes and many others. Dada Ambareshvarananda will be guiding the class.
