Tai Chi and Qi Gong are two ancient practices for self empowerment. They help you to concentrate and focus your energy through soft and controlled movements. These courses will also discuss some of the basics of the 5 Element theory, and how it can help bring balance into all aspects of our lives. There is power in movement and there is more power when we all move together as a collective whole. Come and experience the flow and feel the relaxing benefits of starting a daily practice. Taught by Rasaviharii who studied Tai Chi and Qi Gong in Chinese Taoist Temples.  Cost: By Donation
