Join us this October for our inaugural Spiritual Warrior Camp in Denmark.

Where yoga meets your inner warrior: set in the land of Vikings, Bronze Age burial mounds and a rich cultural history, we will help you cultivate your inner warrior on a foundation of spiritual ethics and practice.

Using scenario based trainings we will challenge you to practise your emergency response skills, teamwork and self-leadership, culminating in an outdoor adventure assessment in the ‘Land of the Sun Chariot’.

Curriculum includes:
– Team work
– First aid
– Basic security skills/self defence
– Becoming an ethical warrior
– Conflict resolution
– Physical training
– Yoga and meditation practice

Cost: 1150dkk or €155 (requires 400 dkk or €50 deposit)

What to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, clothing for physical training, clothing for yoga and meditation, outdoor clothing (rain jacket, warm clothes, shoes for hiking, water bottle, day back pack), notebook, pen.

About your core trainers:

Thorvaldur has been practising Yoga and Meditation for more than 20 years. His professional expertise includes careers as an Field Training and Education Officer in the Danish Armed Forces, and as airport firefighter/EMT. Thorvaldur has a Masters in Public Administration and more recently he has worked as an organisational development professional in the government. Thorvaldur has been teaching asanas and first aid for more than 10 years. He is an expert in training and coaching individuals and teams.

Satya has been practising Yoga and Meditation for more than 10 years. She had a 16-year career as a pilot and aerospace engineering officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, and is an experienced manager in the Wind Power industry in Denmark. Satya is a Project Management Professional (PMP), has a Masters in Leadership, a Masters in Training and Development, and also studied strategic foresight tools (including narrative learning) under renowned futurist Prof. Sohail Inayatullah. Thanks to her significant practical experience as a leader and Military Officer her expertise include developing ethical leadership skills in others, facilitating training events and building teams.
