New QiGong Course Starting

October 1: Start of new QiGong Course: 19.00 – 20.30. Qigong, or Chi kung, is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance intrinsic life energy. The teacher is Haiyan Song, a prize-winning young teacher from the Yi Jin Jing school of Qigong.
