Meditation 6 Week Course
This course will enable you to experience concentration, calmness, clarity and well-being. It introduces the various skills and techniques of meditation step by step and shows you how to deal with all the difficulties which beginning meditators face. The course includes a variety of meditation techniques including focusing on the breath, visualization, use of mantra and mindfulness. Each session includes explanation, practice and review. The teacher is Dada Krsnasevananda who has 30 plus years teaching experience. Begins: Wednesday, Jan. 18; Time: 7.30 – 8.30 p.m.; Cost: Free of Charge.
