About the Workshop
In this workshop we’ll focus on the basic principles of raw food, and go deeper into more advanced principles of raw food. You will learn how to easily vary raw food in your daily meals, and how to apply super foods (foods high in mineral, vitamin- and antioxidant levels) in basically all of your dishes. Both raw food and super foods vibrate at subtle levels and when you start integrating them into your diet you’ll learn how to communicate with them – and how they communicate with you – through your intuitive feeling. There will be time for questions. Children are welcome and no previous experience with raw food is required.
About the teacher
Susanne Vodder has a master in public health and is a student of psychotherapy which she combines with her passion for healthy and delicious raw food. She has been educated in raw food preparation by some of the world’s leading raw food experts, has facilitated raw food courses and established a raw food club in Copenhagen. Susanne offers consultations and workshops.
- Theory: 4-6 pm
- Food prep in kitchen & dinner: 6-8 pm
- Starter: green juice and green smoothie
- Main dish: raw “spaghetti” (an orange, a red and a white version) with creamy sauce and spices
